Brian was responsive and clear during scheduling. We had him out to diagnose an issue with a noisy furnace and for an annual service of the whole HVAC system. Before the appointment, he clearly explained all the work that would be done as part of the annual service in far more detail than other companies provided. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace and gave multiple options to resolve the issue. Overall, I was pleased with his transparency and integrity and would have him out again for future service.
